Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery Policy

The Company will endeavour to deliver the goods without delay and to comply with reasonable delivery instructions, but any specified time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and the Company shall not be liable for late delivery howsoever caused or shall such failure to deliver be deemed to be a breach of contract.

(a)    Any costs incurred due to inadequate site access shall be charged to the buyer
(b)   If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the goods the Company shall be entitled to invoice and be paid for the goods as though they had been duly delivered. The Company may arrange storage of the goods until actual delivery and charge the Buyer for the reasonable costs of storage.
(c)    It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect the goods at the time of delivery. The Company accepts no responsibility for alleged non-delivery, shortfall of goods, damage on delivery or other discrepancy unless notification in writing is received within 24 hours from the date of delivery. In the absence of such notification the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.

Standard UK Delivery Service

  • Free delivery on web orders requires a minimum order value of £100.00 ex. VAT.
  • A delivery charge of £11.50 (£13.80 inc. VAT) will be charged for orders with a nett order value of less than £100.00 ex. VAT.
  • Delivery is usually made within 48 hours.
  • Standard delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas.
  • Standard delivery excludes weekends - please select a premium service if you require a Saturday delivery.
  • Orders placed after 2PM Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday for delivery Tuesday.
  • Standard UK delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. For these areas please check the remote and offshore delivery table below.

Premium Delivery Services

  • Premium delivery services such as delivery on a Saturday or next day delivery before 10AM, can be arranged at extra cost - please call our customer service number on 02087786266 to discuss your special requirements.
  • You should order before 1PM to ensure your premium delivery arrives on time. For next day delivery on items of heavy kit and kitchen equipment, we require orders to be placed by 11AM
  • We cannot offer premium delivery options for remote areas.

Remote Deliveries

  • For remote areas, offshore and Northern Ireland please allow 3-4 days for delivery.
  • A supplementary delivery cost for heavy equipment may apply.
  • We cannot offer premium delivery options for remote areas.

Extended Delivery Products

Some items have extended delivery times. This applies to most heavy or bulky items and some items of crockery. They are marked with the following icons:

There are some stocked lines that are not available for next day delivery as they require additional handling.
Please note delivery within 48 hours is not guaranteed due to the nature of the products and their delivery requirements.

Again especially some heavy equipment are supplied direct from the manufacturer, and hence actual delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

Heavy Equipment

  • Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers responsibility.
  • Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.

Embroidered and Engraved Items

  • Orders including embroidery or engraving will not be part-despatched - please allow 4-5 working days for delivery.


Returns Policy 

Goods dispatched to the Buyer subsequently accepted for cancellation by the Company will be subject to an abortive delivery charge, as well as any cancellation charge deemed necessary by the Company.

The Company at its absolute discretion may agree to the return of goods by the Buyer provided that the goods are returned at the Buyer’s expense, in the same condition and in the original packaging as of the date of dispatch by the Company or their agents. All returns must have a Return Number which can be obtained by telephoning 020 8778 62 66. Failure to do so, may delay credit being given.

Any goods agreed by the Customer as acceptable for return for any reason (excluding faulty goods) will be subject to restocking charge of 25% of the net invoiced price ( Please note any items ordered outside our standard assortment will not be refunded) together with the reimbursement of any expense incurred by the Company as a consequence of the return of said goods to the Company’s stock.
